BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

For easy bookings please book online via the tab 'Book online', head to the contact page, direct message via Instagram or send us a private message via Facebook.
Please note when booking that you book in for exactly what you are after to avoid disappointment, as each service is allocated a certain amount of time and if you haven’t booked in for exactly what you are after you may miss out!

CONSULTATIONS

Please ensure you fill out your online consultation prior to your arrival, so that when you arrive at your appointment we are not using your appointment time for paperwork.
 
RUNNNG LATE

Please flick us a message on 0212542025 to let us know! It’s important that you are on time for your booking as each appointment is allocated a certain amount of time needed to complete the service to the highest standard. Unfortunately due to working to a time schedule if you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment the booking may need to be rescheduled & there will be a fee (refer to cancellation policy).
 
EARLY

If you are early to an appointment please flick us a message 0212542025 to see if we are available early, if not please wait until closer to your appointment time to come in (no earlier than 5 minutes) as we use the gaps in between clients to eat or have bathroom breaks!

PAYMENT 

SECURE PAYMENT - by paying your 20% deposit your card is securely saved on my booking system and the remaining will be charged after the completion of your treatment.

CASH - please note change is often not available.

Cancellations & Salon Policies

DEPOSIT

New clients and existing clients must pay a deposit to secure their appointment, this deposit will go towards their treatment. If a late cancellation or a no-show appointment occurs, you’re not entitled to a refund for the deposit.

Clients who call, text, direct message or email to make an appointment will be required to make a deposit to reserve an appointment. This will be sent in an email or text with instructions to pay (you’ll then have 24 hours to pay before the booking will be cancelled)

Clients owing for previous late cancelled/no show appointments need to clear this debt before being able to book another appointment.

If you move or cancel an appointment with appropriate notice, the deposit will automatically appear on the rescheduled appointment. If cancelled without rescheduling, with appropriate notice, your deposit will be refunded to the card held on the system.

CANCELLATIONS
As appointments are held specifically for you, it's important that clients turn up to their allocated appointments. If you are unable to make an appointment and need to reschedule or you wish to cancel it is asked that you provide a MINIMUM of 24hrs notice. To ensure that you never forget an appointment, we send a reminder out prior to your appointment. You will receive an email & text 24 hours prior to your appointment.
 
Due to cancellations and no shows having a large financial impact on a small business, failure to provide 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointments total value. ​No shows OR cancellations/rescheduling within 4 hours of your allocated appointment time will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 100% of the appointment value. It is understandable that unavoidable issues may arise and in case of an emergency we will do our best to work with you, however, we also ask you to please take into consideration this is our livelihood & that cancellations (regardless of the situation) have a large impact on our income.
 
The cancellation/reschedule or no show fee will be invoiced to you via text or email & any outstanding fees must be paid prior to your next appointment. Failure to do so will result in all future appointments being cancelled.
 
No shows will result in all future appointments having to be prepaid before an appointment is held for you.

As we often work to tight time schedules it’s important that you are always on time to your appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment it may be cancelled/rescheduled & the cancellation fee above of 50% will apply to the lost appointment.

SICKNESS
Please ensure you never come to an appointment if you are sick!! We work within very close proximity to you which means it is crucial that you reschedule if you suspect you are unwell. If you fail to reschedule & show up to an appointment unwell you will be sent home immediately and invoiced for the full service you were booked in for. We ask that if you do need to reschedule due to sickness that you provide adequate notice where possible, in instances where this is not possible, our standard cancellation policy applies. We understand that it is not your fault if you get sick, but as a small business we can not afford the financial burden cancellations have on us.

CHILDREN
The salon is a space to relax, unwind and have some much deserved YOU time, however, this is your appointment, if you need to bring your little one please let me know, please supply a tablet or device where they can sit down quietly so you can still get a bit of you time!

REFUNDS
Carine Beauty Therapy holds a strict no refund policy for treatments. We will always do our best to remedy any grievances, however, under no circumstances will a refund be offered. 

For product-related issues please contact Carine directly so this can be sorted.

COVID

Due to being a close contact business, Carine Beauty Therapy will be only able to operate in Alert Levels 1 & 2. If we are moved into Alert Levels 3 or 4 your booking will be cancelled with no notice. These clients will be given first priority to rebook once the salon is able to operate again.

If you are showing signs of being unwell please stay home. (refer to sickness)

Unfortunately due to the current climate & the financial impact, Covid cancellations are going to have on small businesses - our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments affected by sickness, however, this is at the discretion of Carine Beauty Therapy.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without any notice. If a Gift Voucher is redeemed after this date, we will honour the treatment at the original price, or the dollar value it was purchased for.

You are required to pay for your treatment at the time of your appointment. This can be done via Fresha app, Cash, Gift Voucher or Direct Bank Transfer.
